What we need from you

A little preparation goes a long way.

To make sure setup goes smoothly and your party starts on time, please have the following ready before we arrive.

Easy garden access
We need a clear path to your garden for delivery and setup, including a gate or doorway at least 1 metre wide – most villa gates comfortably meet this. Let us know in advance if access is restricted.
Power socket within 10 metres of the back
The air blower connects at the back of the water slide, so we need a standard power socket within 10 metres of the back of the setup area. Please make sure the socket is dry and away from the splash area. We bring our own extension lead.
Grass only – no hard surfaces
Water slides must be set up on flat grass, or artificial grass laid over soil or sand – never on paving, concrete, decking or artificial grass over concrete. Please clear the area of any sharp objects, furniture, or debris before we arrive.
Garden hose nearby
The water slide needs a garden hose to fill the pool and keep the water flowing. Please have one that reaches the setup area.
Adult supervision at all times
A responsible adult must supervise children on the inflatable throughout the entire hire period.
