As a mum of toddlers in Dubai, birthday parties became a regular part of life – and so did renting bouncy castles. Too often it was the same story: messages left on read, vague answers about timing, and some companies that were just plain unfriendly to deal with. Confirming a simple booking felt harder than it should be.

Eventually I decided to just buy my own. It made weekends easier, and the kids loved it.

Then something I didn’t expect happened – other parents started asking to borrow it for their own parties. Once, twice, then regularly. It became clear pretty quickly that this wasn’t just convenient for me – it was something other families in Dubai actually wanted and needed.

That’s how House of Bounce Dubai came to be. Built from a real need, not a business plan. And built on the one thing I always wished other companies had got right – replying quickly, being clear, and actually showing up when they said they would.
